With a combined experience of over 150 years, we know that people do things that are completely out of character and that people are accused of offences that they have not done and that complaints are sometimes malicious.

The practice services clients from UK, Europe and throughout the world in respect of legal matters before the UK Courts. We can not and do not disclose the details of any client or their case or business to anyone and do not communicate with the media unless expressly instructed by a client to publish a prepared statement.

MJP solicitors have offices in Liverpool City Centre and in Birkenhead, Merseyside. MJP solicitors generally see clients at their own offices but have arrangements to see clients at associated offices in most cities in the United Kingdom. The firm has video conferencing facilities to enable us to deal with clients in the UK and beyond and to instruct a barrister from London or elsewhere if appropriate for the case.

The firm has an agency arrangement with Attorney´s in New York to deal with the USA jurisdiction and similar arrangements with European and Australian firms.

We are happy to arrange home visits usually for clients with mobility disabilities, in hospital and this service is available upon appointment usually at no extra cost.

We are confident that we can deal with clients from any location in the UK and elsewhere.
